A government authority in California is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive materiel management operations services. This involves planning, conducting, analyzing, and reporting on all flight and ground testing of aircraft, weapons systems, software, and components, including modeling and simulation activities.
The contract covers three main mission areas: flying operations, maintenance, and engineering. The selected contractor will support daily activities for over 10,000 military personnel, federal civilians, and contractors at a 481-square mile installation. Responsibilities include furnishing all labor, supervision, facilities, vehicles, transportation, equipment, supplies, tools, materials, and nonpersonal services needed to fulfill the wing's operational requirements.
