A government authority in Kansas is seeking qualified vendors to provide on-call landscaping services and materials across designated service areas. The scope includes comprehensive lawn care, landscaping, arboriculture, irrigation, and related activities, requiring the provision of all labor, equipment, supplies, and materials necessary to complete assigned tasks.
Services may encompass chemical applications such as fertilizers, herbicides, fungicides, and insecticides; as well as reseeding, overseeding, seed and sod preparation, sodding, aeration, drainage, and grade work. Vendors may also be required to supply and install hard goods like mulch, rock, steel edging, paver patios, retaining walls, landscape fabric, and landscape lighting. Planting materials such as trees, shrubs, perennials, and annuals are included in the scope.
The contract will be awarded for a two-year period. Interested vendors should note that a pre-bid meeting will take place on January 21, 2026, and all questions must be submitted by January 30, 2026.
