DESCRIPTION
A government authority in Pomona, New York is seeking a vendor to provide master plan update services for an upper level educational institution. The selected firm must demonstrate experience in master planning, personnel support, office management, and the design and construction of building projects. Vendors should have the resources to research, analyze data, and compose a comprehensive Facilities Master Plan Update Report that will guide the future physical development of the campus, reflecting its history, values, culture, and priorities.
The Facilities Master Plan Update should identify opportunities for enhancing, maintaining, or improving the built environment to facilitate learning and student development. The final report is required to be submitted in both printed and digital formats, including Microsoft Office, AutoCAD 2025 drawing format, and Adobe PDF. The contract period will be for one year. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for March 18, 2026.
