A government authority in Georgia seeks consultant services to support the update of a subarea master plan, guiding long-term planning, policy development, and public investment. The consultant will reevaluate and provide recommendations regarding land use, zoning, mobility, open spaces, housing, and other development policies within the tax allocation district, ensuring implementation aligns with the documented vision for the area.

Responsibilities include coordination with sub-consultants, administrative duties such as invoice preparation, meeting organization, scheduling, record keeping, and file management. The selected consultant must ensure consistency with agency and city policies, including standardization of GIS data and mapping.
