DESCRIPTION


The government authority in Warner Robins, Georgia seeks a qualified vendor to provide services for updating the master plan, regulating plan, and development code. The work will include identifying opportunities for new public and community amenities such as pocket parks, trails with termination points at commercial centers, and enhancements for pedestrian and bicycle access. Additional goals are the improvement of wayfinding signage, provision of shared and on-street parking, creation of delivery/loading zones, and planning for ride share and transit stops, as well as shared or interparcel access.

Vendors should also provide recommendations for the enhancement of historic structures, identification of infill development parcels, and develop a menu of context-sensitive street types appropriate for the downtown master plan area. The final regulating code should be written to support implementation of the plan and include phasing recommendations. All pre-bid questions must be submitted by May 1, 2026.
