A government authority in Utah is seeking qualified vendors to provide master architect services for a comprehensive campus transformation project. The initiative aims to significantly enhance the main campus, expanding housing, dining, social, and recreational facilities to support the shift from a commuter environment to a vibrant, community-oriented campus. The project's vision is to establish a dynamic, 24/7 campus experience where students can live, learn, and participate actively in campus life.
Scope of services includes evaluating existing utility mapping and modeling, assessing system capacity and condition, projecting future infrastructure demands, and developing strategies for potential system upgrades. The selected master architect will also address environmental considerations and ensure all regulatory compliance with campus, local, and state requirements.
A mandatory pre-bid meeting is scheduled for February 3, 2026. Prospective vendors must submit all questions regarding the project no later than February 6, 2026.
