This Request for Information (RFI) seeks vendors capable of providing off-site, 24/7/365 maintenance support for the Marquis Project Parking System. Support must be accessible to users and administrators via telephone, email, or Virtual Private Network connection to assist with any system issues encountered.
Vendors are expected to resolve critical configuration and management issues within 24 hours and non-critical issues within 72 hours unless more extensive actions, such as major code modification, regression testing, or hardware replacement, are necessary. The contract also includes responsibilities such as installing and deploying manufacturer patches, fixes, and workarounds for the system.
The engagement is intended for a one-year period, with an emphasis on rapid issue resolution and comprehensive technical support for all aspects of the Marquis Project Parking System.
