DESCRIPTION

The client seeks a vendor to provide marketing strategy and project management consultancy services for their internal marketing function. The selected consultant will deliver hands-on leadership, develop a prioritized marketing roadmap, and advise on high-impact initiatives aligned with enrollment and institutional goals. Responsibilities include establishing messaging, guiding campaign direction across channels, and providing ongoing strategic insights rooted in performance data and market trends.

The consultancy will implement a centralized project tracking system, enforce weekly sprint cycles, and prioritize projects based on institutional impact. They will ensure efficient project execution, enforce deliverable deadlines, and offer direct coaching to internal staff, identifying skill gaps and setting clear priorities and timelines. While they will not produce content, consultants will direct campaign concepts, guide content development, and ensure cohesive messaging across all platforms. Additional duties include developing performance metrics tied to enrollment, generating comprehensive reports covering engagement and ROI, and recommending CRM and marketing process improvements to better connect marketing activities with the student journey.

The contract will be for an initial one-year period. All questions regarding the RFP must be submitted by April 3, 2026.
