A Florida-based agency is seeking a vendor to deliver marketing, social media, and public relations services to support its strategic objectives, such as increasing enrollment, enhancing brand awareness, and advancing institutional initiatives. The selected vendor will be responsible for providing data-driven marketing and advertising solutions, including brand strategy and management, market research, advertising, media buying, design services, and video production.
Key responsibilities will include developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns, conducting market research and analysis, offering expert advertising and media planning and advisory services, and handling creative production for print, radio, video, commercials, and digital platforms. The vendor should also provide traffic and supply materials to media outlets within deadlines, negotiate and place advertising in traditional and digital channels, manage accounts/projects, and ensure proper reporting on campaign effectiveness (ROI).
The service scope encompasses both traditional and digital marketing, including the production and placement of advertisements for student recruitment and brand promotion. Additional services include media planning and buying, comprehensive campaign management, and creative services such as graphic design, copywriting, production, and videography. The contract period will last three years, and a virtual pre-bid meeting is scheduled.
