DESCRIPTION


The selected vendor will be responsible for providing comprehensive marketing services in support of various public health initiatives identified by the state of Maryland. Duties include conceptualizing, developing, producing, implementing, and evaluating a tailored marketing strategy to support these initiatives.

The scope of work further entails preparing and placing customized print materials for campaign distribution and actively negotiating discounted rates for display, posting, listing, or advertising with a variety of media vendors. The vendor will also conduct research and market analysis to inform targeted audience selection and recommend the most effective media placements to maximize campaign reach and impact.

Based on detailed market analysis, industry standards, departmental budgets, and collaboration with the recruitment unit staff, the vendor will provide expert recommendations on advertising development and placement. The goal is to ensure effective communication and outreach aligned with the needs of Maryland’s public health campaigns.
