DESCRIPTION

The selected vendor will be responsible for producing and installing external rail vehicle wraps on a rail fleet as requested through creative services. Required services include the creation and application of various types of wraps such as full wraps, partial (half) wraps, Ultra Super King, Mega King (set of 2), one side (left or right), center car (C), as well as specialized wraps like TRE Full Wrap, TRE Ultra Super King (top to bottom, between doors), TRE King (under windows, between doors), Silver Line Full Wrap, Silver Line Full Ultra Super King, and Silver Line King.

Vendors must also be capable of providing reprints and replacement wraps due to damage from accidents or routine service wear, including partial print damages. All questions regarding this solicitation must be submitted by April 23, 2026, and the resulting contract is anticipated to have a duration of two years.
