DESCRIPTION


The agency is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive marketing, public relations, media, promotional, outreach, production, design, and creative services. The selected contractor will function as a full-service advertising agency, handling all elements required for the development, preparation, and placement of advertising across various media platforms as directed by the agency.
