The selected provider will be responsible for efforts to maximize sales across all lottery games and ensure advertising materials enhance the credibility and integrity of the agency.
The scope includes supporting marketing strategies for both in-store (retail) and online sales of products such as instant games, pull-tab games, and draw games. Services required involve expert creative direction, marketing strategy and planning, media planning and buying, trafficking, production, and necessary staffing or subcontractors. The provider must develop individual creative briefs for projects detailed in the annual marketing plan and is responsible for conceptualizing multi-media promotional programs.
Additionally, the provider will ensure the timely and high-quality production of all marketing, advertising, and promotional materials, which may include point-of-sale items, collateral, brochures, specialty advertising items, and direct mail.
