DESCRIPTION

A government authority in Jamestown, North Carolina is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive marketing printing services. The selected vendor will be responsible for a range of pre-press activities such as customer consultation, layout and design for simple jobs, estimating, typesetting, file management, color scanning, and proof production, including both PDF and digital hardcopy proofs as required. Pre-press tasks also include producing color-match proofs for four-color process jobs.

Printing services required encompass both digital and offset printing, adjusted as appropriate to the individual project. The contract also covers a variety of bindery and post-press services, including cutting to size, folding, collating, stitching, multiple types of binding (GBC, coil, tape), drilling, laminating, embossing, numbering, and foil stamping. Mail services such as CASS certification, list sorting, inkjet addressing and IMB application, inserting mail into envelopes, and delivery to the post office are also required.
