The organization seeks a qualified marketing partner and advisor to develop and implement an integrated marketing strategy and campaign aimed at promoting its telecommunications business. The selected vendor will work to increase brand awareness and customer engagement within targeted communities, drive qualified leads, and create sales opportunities for high-speed connectivity services.
Responsibilities include strengthening brand positioning as a trusted local provider, recommending and managing digital and traditional media channels such as website, social media, search, radio, print, and outdoor advertising. The vendor will also be expected to optimize media spend for performance, define target customer segments and personas, recommend an effective channel mix and budget allocation, implement digital campaigns, and develop a creative strategy aligned with business goals and brand objectives.
Questions regarding the RFP must be submitted no later than February 27, 2026.
