DESCRIPTION

A vendor is sought to provide comprehensive marketing international representation services for the United Kingdom and Ireland. The selected company will be responsible for developing and executing integrated public relations, earned media, and paid media programs across both markets, as well as maintaining relationships with top-tier consumer and trade media.

The scope includes monitoring travel trends, demand, sentiment, and booking behavior, along with tracking aviation access, currency impacts, policy changes, and activities of competitor destinations. Key deliverables are an annual PR recap and highlight reel, quarterly and annual market reports for both markets, and regular coverage and sentiment assessments. The vendor will also develop and execute a B2B trade strategy, plan and host press trips and familiarization tours, and provide staffing, account management, and market intelligence services. The contract will be for one year.
