An agency in California is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive marketing, education, and outreach services in support of its energy efficiency initiatives. The selected firm will be responsible for implementing an Induction Cooking Program, which includes conducting educational workshops featuring induction cooking demonstrations as well as incorporating broader all-electric building education. Responsibilities also entail purchasing, storing, and distributing portable induction cooktop units and induction-compatible cookware to program participants, as well as developing support resources for workshop attendees.
The vendor will be expected to collaborate with existing cooking education initiatives within the agency to maximize program reach and effectiveness, and to partner with health-focused, community-based organizations to participate in relevant events. Additional duties include supporting participant recruitment for the Efficiency and Sustainable Energy (EASE) Home Program by pre-screening candidates, developing a recruitment pipeline, and maintaining a goal of at least 200 qualified leads per year. The contract will span a two-year period.
