The Utah health department is seeking a qualified marketing consultant to lead a comprehensive campaign aimed at educating the public, raising awareness, and reducing stigma associated with its behavioral health services and programs. The consultant will be responsible for developing and implementing a strategic marketing plan that utilizes a diverse range of proven marketing modalities, such as social media, email campaigns, local partnerships, media buys, paid advertising, focus groups, and both phone and online surveys.
