DESCRIPTION

The selected vendor will provide marketing, communications, and prospectus development services to produce a comprehensive set of investor-ready documents for two cities. This scope includes project management, content creation, market analysis, graphic design, mapping, and production of both digital and print-ready deliverables.

The vendor will translate complex planning, market, infrastructure, and regulatory information into visually sophisticated and professionally written materials suitable for developers, investors, site selectors, funding agencies, and partner organizations.
