The organization seeks a vendor to provide comprehensive marketing campaign and digital advertising content media services. Strategic services will include long-term planning, market insights, and campaign strategy to guide marketing investments and recruitment priorities. This encompasses the development of annual media strategies, market, audience, and competitive analysis to inform targeting and messaging, as well as channel strategy and recommendations for media mix across digital and emerging platforms. The vendor will also provide guidance on budget allocation, forecasting of campaign outcomes, SEO/AEO strategy and execution, creative strategy for major recruitment campaigns, and recommendations for creative formats, messaging, and content priorities.
Additionally, the selected partner will be responsible for digital advertising content development, creating dashboards and reporting tools for real-time performance monitoring, and advising on attribution models to connect media spend with enrollment outcomes. Services also include operational support for paid media campaigns, media planning and buying, campaign setup and launch, custom dashboard development, optimization recommendations, and website and media optimization support (AEO, GEO, SEO). Furthermore, integration and alignment with the overall marketing plan, institutional brand development, website redesign, and CRM implementation are required elements within the scope of work.
