DESCRIPTION
This RFP seeks a vendor to provide comprehensive marketing artwork and graphic design services for both offline and online channels. The successful firm will be responsible for corporate and consumer-facing artwork, collaborating closely with the internal Head of Marketing team to create and evolve campaign designs that align with advertising objectives.
The scope includes demonstrating advanced digital design capabilities, creativity across all digital formats, and offering strategic advice on innovative promotional and advertising approaches. Services also cover the design, printing, and supply of various marketing materials such as posters, brochures, signage, and collateral.
The selected company should be able to produce designs for both consumer audiences and agency brand communications, including racing-related functions, and contribute strategic advice based on proven experience in creative advertising and promotional design. They will be expected to support the agency in campaign planning and strategy development from 2026 throughout the contract term.
