A dynamic, full-service vendor is sought to provide comprehensive marketing and website design and development services in support of a public improvement district. The selected firm will facilitate communication and marketing efforts targeted at property owners, public improvement district members, developers, and the wider public. Scope includes sharing updates on planning, construction progress, events, and announcements of new private developments.

Required services encompass branding and creative support—including potential new brand identity and logo refresh, creative and copywriting services, graphic design, and production of marketing materials for public awareness. The provider will also develop a website content framework and incorporate developer tools such as links to important resources like form-based code, city manuals, contract templates, and strategies.

Website design and development will involve collaboration on website taxonomy, content base, layout options, and graphic elements consistent with newly established branding. The firm will also create a strategy for ongoing content updates and supply templates for custom content types. Public relations, advertising campaigns, social media monitoring and reporting, and event planning—ranging from grassroots outreach to stakeholder events—are also required within the scope of this RFP.
