The selected vendor will provide comprehensive marketing and recruitment campaign services for a new performing arts-focused elementary school. Responsibilities include advising on strategic communications and partnerships, which entails guidance on messaging, copy, placement, and timing for student and staff recruitment, as well as fostering community partnerships and planning public-facing launch and recruitment events.
The contractor will be tasked with conceptualizing and executing recruitment campaign strategies, including the creation of all campaign materials, development of plans, setting timelines, and establishing campaign goals. A recruitment funnel strategy must also be developed and implemented.
Vendors must maintain an effective social media strategy and content calendar, produce a variety of marketing materials such as graphics, infographics, one-pagers, photos, and content assets, and manage ongoing social media activities. Additional tasks include the design and production of internal/external banners and signage for both marketing and communications needs.
Expertise in web, email, and paid media marketing is required, including creation of a landing page, execution of marketing emails, management of ad buys (across digital, social, radio, print, and TV), and advising on out-of-home placements like banners and yard signs. The initial contract period is for one year.
