An organization in Montana is seeking a qualified vendor to develop and implement a comprehensive marketing and outreach strategy for a water quality campaign, specifically aimed at bolstering and expanding the 'Waters Clearly Connected' initiative. The vendor will utilize preliminary community research and input from partner organizations to inform the strategy, focusing on education, outreach priorities, messaging, and key activities related to water quality issues.
Responsibilities include creating campaign materials such as videos and digital ads, piloting the marketing strategy with selected target audiences, and conducting evaluations to measure effectiveness. Following the pilot phase, the strategy will be refined and rolled out on a broader scale across Montana. The selected vendor will also be responsible for ongoing analysis of campaign performance, tracking engagement, interactions, views, and other relevant metrics throughout the grant period to ensure continuous improvement and effectiveness of the outreach efforts.
The contract term is set for three years. All vendor questions must be submitted by December 30, 2025.
