The State of Florida is seeking a qualified vendor to conduct a comprehensive two-year marketing and outreach campaign aimed at ensuring small businesses have equitable access to various program benefits. The selected vendor will utilize both online and offline strategies—including social media campaigns, paid and earned media, canvassing, email marketing, webinars, and local workshops—to engage business owners across the state.
The campaign will leverage trusted community networks and targeted engagement methods to reach diverse geographic and demographic segments. The vendor will be responsible for creating outreach materials, facilitating media placement, developing marketing dashboards, and implementing website enhancements as needed. Quarterly outreach impact reports will be required, detailing the number of individuals reached, engagement levels, geographic distribution, and collecting testimonials or qualitative feedback from community members. This initiative aims to tailor outreach efforts to the unique needs of Florida small business owners.
