DESCRIPTION

The organization is seeking a vendor to design and guide an 18-month marketing and engagement strategy aligning with a major anniversary and a concurrent fundraising campaign. The selected firm will be responsible for expanding and improving the contactable alumni base, and increasing alumni participation in events, continued education, and giving.

A significant component involves supporting an anniversary fundraising event by developing a compelling positioning and theme, supporting sponsorship strategy and messaging, creating marketing materials, and driving attendance among diverse stakeholders such as donors, alumni, corporate partners, and community leaders. The firm is expected to ensure that event storytelling reinforces campaign goals and to establish measurable fundraising and engagement outcomes.

Other responsibilities include providing strategic leadership and implementation guidance, developing campaign themes and visual identities, content planning, creating messaging toolkits for internal use, and supporting the event through brand/theme development, sponsorship materials, promotional campaigns, and on-site visual elements. The firm should also manage post-event stewardship and follow-up communications.
