A qualified vendor is sought to deliver comprehensive marketing and communications strategy services for an organization in Saskatchewan, Canada. The scope of work includes conducting an in-depth brand audit, which encompasses analyzing existing brand messaging, communications materials, and channels to identify strengths, gaps, risks, and opportunities. This foundational research will support the development of a shared, evidence-based understanding of the organization's current positioning and communications challenges.
The vendor will develop a brand strategy and core narrative framework, featuring recommendations for core identity, value proposition, and brand promise, as well as revised message pillars aligned with mandate areas. Deliverables include updated brand and voice guidelines, a refreshed visual identity (such as logo updates, color palette, typography, and graphic elements), website structure and content recommendations, and practical templates and toolkits for various materials.
Additionally, the scope covers the creation of a storytelling framework that identifies core story themes and narratives, with defined processes for story development and approval, and the establishment of a reusable story library. An integrated marketing strategy will also be developed, covering digital platforms, website, social media, print and traditional media, public relations, and community engagement initiatives. The contract term is for one year.
