DESCRIPTION


The selected vendor will provide comprehensive marketing and communications services, supporting public relations, campaigns, media management, event execution, and digital accessibility initiatives. Services include managing public relations for day-to-day reputation enhancement and specific, time-bound campaigns, as well as developing and executing creative marketing strategies to bolster awareness and engagement for ongoing or program-specific needs.

Digital accessibility support is required, covering both website and document accessibility to meet ADA compliance standards and inclusivity best practices. This also includes developing staff training and resources. Media management responsibilities encompass strategy development, campaign planning, media placement, and optimization. In addition, the vendor should support all aspects of event conception, management, and execution for a variety of audiences, including customers, stakeholders, and staff.
