DESCRIPTION

The selected vendor will be responsible for the design, development, and delivery of a comprehensive marketing and communications campaign. Responsibilities include crafting an overarching campaign concept, developing a compelling social media campaign based on the agreed concept, and graphically designing social media posts to enhance online engagement.

Additional tasks consist of creating blog content of approximately 200 words per post, collecting and producing written and video testimonials from homeowners and businesses, and planning and producing a series of videos aimed at raising brand awareness and communicating key messages effectively. The service also involves developing video concepts, capturing both video and audio content, and editing materials for client review and approval.

The marketing campaign must include Search Engine Marketing (SEM), Search Engine Optimisation (SEO), and Pay Per Click (PPC) strategies to maximize website traffic, social media engagement, and database signups. Ongoing monitoring and analysis of social media and website metrics will be essential to assess the campaign’s performance and inform adjustments as necessary.
