DESCRIPTION


The selected vendor will provide contracted marketing, public relations, and communications services aimed at attracting families, increasing student enrollment, and strengthening family engagement. Responsibilities include developing and executing campaign strategies and plans, with a particular focus on enrollment-focused campaign plans aligned to district goals and timelines.

The scope also requires graphic design support to produce marketing collateral representing both the District and individual school brands. The vendor will manage television, streaming, radio ad and live remote ad buys, offering support with scripting, production, and compliance with accessibility standards and platform policies. Campaign execution includes ad management, monitoring, and optimization—ensuring campaigns are set up, launched, and regularly adjusted for peak enrollment periods and key events, as well as the development and promotion of special event campaigns related to enrollment activities.

Event campaign deliverables include the creation of branded event identities, digital and social advertising, event landing pages, tracking, on-site signage, event materials, and content recaps to enhance post-event engagement. The vendor will be responsible for implementing comprehensive tracking (such as pixels and conversion events), and providing clear performance reporting on reach, engagement, lead generation, and conversions.
