Marketing and Advertising Support Services

This RFP seeks a qualified vendor to provide comprehensive marketing and advertising support services. The selected partner will deliver a range of services including marketing, public relations, media outreach, promotional and production tasks, as well as design and creative services. All produced materials must be in English, and media placements are expected with affiliates broadcasting or printing in English, unless otherwise specified.

The scope involves development of effective advertising materials for radio, television, digital, and social media, under the client’s direction. Responsibilities extend to creating promotion plans, strategic communications programs, corporate and community-based communication initiatives, and crisis communication strategies. The vendor is expected to advise on interactive marketing and promotions, covering online, social media, mobile, and pay-per-click advertising, and should provide strategic planning for advertising, interactive media, and promotions.

Additionally, the vendor will be responsible for web-based interactive and promotional productions, designing website graphics and online promotional collateral, and preparing informational materials for dissemination to media outlets. The contract term is five years.
