The selected vendor will provide comprehensive marketing and advertising services, including strategic guidance, creative services, and specialized marketing support for the organization. Responsibilities include campaign planning, messaging, audience targeting, media recommendations, timeline management, and evaluating campaign performance. The vendor will design and conduct community perception or awareness research to assess reputation, visibility, and message effectiveness, with a focus on student recruitment initiatives.
Additionally, the provider will direct and support college-wide brand development or rebranding efforts, including the formulation of brand strategy, positioning, messaging, and visual identity. Graphic design and creative services will be required to ensure marketing materials are consistent with branding standards, accessible, and adaptable for use across multiple platforms. The scope includes development and implementation of a new comprehensive brand guide for consistent application across departments and platforms.
Other key services involve supporting search engine optimization (SEO) for the college website through keyword research, on-page recommendations, performance monitoring, and collaboration with third-party vendors where necessary. The vendor will also assist the marketing team in developing and executing paid digital and social media advertising campaigns. The contract duration is three years.
