The scope includes but is not limited to enrollment-focused marketing strategy, messaging development, market and audience research, creative concepting, and media planning. Mastery of leading digital marketing platforms—including Google Ads, social media channels, programmatic advertising, and emerging AI-assisted tools—is required. Vendors are encouraged to propose optional, itemized media placement services, though the institution reserves the right to manage media buying and analytics internally. The contract will involve phased, prioritized omnichannel strategies to ensure cohesive messaging across digital and traditional platforms while maximizing budget impact. The agreement is expected to span a two-year term.
