DESCRIPTION
The State of Michigan is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive marketing and advertising services to support both statewide and agency-specific initiatives. The chosen vendor will be responsible for campaign planning, creative development, media strategy and placement, production, event marketing, research, and related communications activities.
Key responsibilities include creating and developing new campaigns and advertising materials, planning and executing paid advertising, and managing integrated digital marketing campaigns. The vendor will also provide public relations services to increase awareness of state initiatives, assist with earned media as required, and offer both strategic consultation and execution of deliverables such as media buys, reports, and event support.
The contract will be awarded for a three-year period. Vendors are required to submit all questions by January 22, 2026.
