A vendor is sought to provide comprehensive marketing and advertising program services to assist with filling critical manpower vacancies in both enlisted and officer programs of the Navy, across active and service components. The scope includes developing and executing a brand campaign, which must be approved by the Navy's senior leadership and will form the foundation for all Navy communications moving forward.
The selected vendor will deliver full-service creative solutions, covering the design, development, and production of a variety of media elements such as television, radio, print (direct mail, magazines), digital, display, out-of-home assets (including billboards), event signage, asset branding, social media, video, and other emerging technologies. The campaign requires integrated communication efforts using multiple media channels, as well as robust content development, management of rights, and media placement purchases.
