The organization seeks a qualified vendor to provide professional marketing, advertising, public relations, and translation services to advance its business objectives and uphold corporate branding standards. The selected company will develop and implement strategic marketing programs and communication plans for both internal and external audiences utilising owned, earned, social, and paid media channels. Responsibilities include assisting in marketing strategy development, creating and executing marketing campaign plans, and leveraging industry knowledge—particularly in the utility and energy sector—to promote brand awareness and encourage the adoption of products and services.
Vendors will be tasked with developing creative strategies and design options, presenting concepts for feedback and revisions, and providing creative direction for a variety of materials, including graphic design, print, audio, video, digital, and social media assets. Additionally, the scope includes formulating a media influencer strategy and maintaining a database, as well as translating communications from English to Spanish tailored to the local market, including both formal and informal registers. The vendor must be able to perform all services remotely, efficiently manage electronic communication, and address and correct any translation errors at no cost.
