DESCRIPTION

The agency is seeking a qualified vendor to conduct comprehensive market research and develop a cohesive, data-driven brand strategy. Responsibilities include assessing public perception, stakeholder awareness, identifying service utilization barriers, and evaluating the effectiveness of current communication efforts.

The selected provider will review existing brand assets such as the logo, messaging, website, social media presence, printed materials, and signage, and conduct competitive analysis of other local health departments and regional agencies. Deliverables include development of a brand positioning statement, brand promise, and value proposition, as well as evaluations and recommendations for the logo and overall visual identity.

The vendor will be expected to provide a refreshed or redesigned visual identity system if needed, and develop a phased plan for brand rollout.
