Market Decorator Services

A vendor is sought to deliver comprehensive market decorator services for a large exhibitor event in Kentucky, featuring nearly 150 exhibitors showcasing fine art, crafts, music, movies, and food. The selected provider will be responsible for setting up exhibitor booths, supplying electrical services, handling signage printing upon request, and offering onsite support throughout the event.

An online portal is to be provided, allowing exhibitors to order booth electric service, furniture, and additional items prior to the show. The vendor will hold onsite meetings with the show producer before move-in and must supply all necessary electrical equipment for the event's main concourse level. An onsite service desk is required (10am–5pm on March 5, 8am–10am on March 6), along with limited staff support for troubleshooting during show hours.

Event dates and hours requiring staffing include 8am–5pm on March 6, 9am–5pm on March 7, and 10am–4pm on March 8. Move-out will start at 4pm on March 8 and must be completed by 8pm the same day.
