DESCRIPTION


A government authority in Houston, Texas, is seeking vendors to provide comprehensive maritime strategic project planning, engineering, and construction coordination assistance. Scope includes port planning and infrastructure development, analyzing terminal capacity and commodity trends, and preparing capital and operating cost analyses. Vendors will be involved in developing terminals encompassing wharves, yards, gates, buildings, and ancillary structures.

Responsibilities also include conducting navigation shoaling studies through sedimentation prediction modeling, providing technical expertise for developing business case cost estimates, and reviewing hydrodynamic modeling scopes, methodologies, and deliverables.
