SUMMARY

The Marine Corps seeks a single event management system for its enterprise network, offering telemetry-based insights, vulnerability mitigation, and integration with situational dashboards.

DESCRIPTION

The Marine Corps Systems Command is seeking a comprehensive event management system for the Marine Corps Enterprise Network (MCEN). The desired solution must monitor all network events within a single, integrated platform, capable of capturing telemetry to derive behavioral and attitudinal performance indicators. Key insights should include network traffic analysis, service reliability, application performance monitoring, user experience and satisfaction scores, system usability scales, and net promoter-like scores.

The system should provide enterprise network service monitoring extending to the tactical edge, and be capable of discovering, monitoring, and mitigating or remediating vulnerabilities. Autonomous syncing ability is required to ensure operational functions even when disconnected from the network. Role-based access must be delegated at both administrative and tactical levels. The solution must also support common and custom application programming interfaces and integrate with established situational awareness dashboards.
