DESCRIPTION

The government authority in Minnesota is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive maps and atlas printing services. The scope of work includes the production of up to three large-format color maps (plates/charts), with dimensions reaching up to 42 inches on one side, printed in high quality, folded for easy handling, and resistant to cracking.

Additionally, the vendor will be responsible for printing a booklet-style report of up to 100 pages, sized at 8.5 x 11 inches, in color, double-sided, and either bound or saddle-stitched. The requirements further include a single-page acetate map overlay (8.5 x 11 inches) and custom printed manilla envelopes (9.5 x 12.5 inches). The finalized atlas package will comprise all printed components professionally assembled and inserted into the manilla envelope.

Consistent color accuracy and durable finishing across all materials are essential. Vendors should ensure materials are easy to fold and handle, maintaining integrity during frequent use.
