Alberta is seeking a qualified provider to manage the migration of records and metadata from its current on-premises system to SharePoint Online. The county has selected SharePoint Online as its new platform for information and records content management.
The project involves migrating data from Content Manager on-prem v.25.1 and SQL Server 2022. The existing Content Manager system contains a mix of electronic records and paper files, organized into folders, with a total volume of approximately 850 GB. There are roughly 38 distinct record types, each with an average of 20 metadata fields per item.
Vendors are expected to map and migrate all records and associated metadata efficiently and securely to SharePoint Online. Any questions regarding this opportunity must be submitted by January 8, 2026.
