DESCRIPTION
This RFP seeks a qualified vendor to manage, operate, and market a vanpool program in Alabama. The selected contractor will be responsible for comprehensive program delivery, including cluster analyses, assisting employers in establishing benefits to encourage vanpool participation, and helping implement preferential vanpool parking with employers and property owners.
Additional responsibilities include providing vehicles, overseeing fleet management, forecasting vehicle operations, conducting fare collection, administering vanpool subsidies, and managing marketing and outreach activities. The contractor will also collect required agency data and handle all aspects of program administration. The contract term is three years.
