DESCRIPTION

A government authority in Redding, Connecticut, seeks a qualified managed services provider to deliver comprehensive IT support and cybersecurity solutions. The provider must offer 24/7/365 remote support for all managed devices, including unlimited remote assistance during standard business and after-hours periods. On-site support is also required around the clock for company-owned devices, workstations (both Windows and macOS), physical and virtual servers, third-party managed devices (such as IoT devices, tablets, mobile phones, and managed printers).

The scope includes management of various cybersecurity functions such as endpoint security, endpoint detection and response with continuous monitoring, Security Information and Event Management (SIEM), log monitoring, multi-factor authentication, and secure DNS management. The provider will also be responsible for Microsoft 365 deployment, user license management, security administration, and backup and recovery solutions covering Microsoft 365 accounts and both on-premises and cloud servers.

Additional required services include account management and providing both technical and security advisory services. An optional site visit is scheduled for May 8, 2026, with questions due by May 15, 2026.
