DESCRIPTION

The government authority in Victoria, British Columbia is seeking proposals for a fully managed, secure, and scalable managed print services (MPS) solution. The city's current fleet of HP printers is no longer under contract, with many devices nearing or having reached end-of-life, leading to increased maintenance costs, inconsistent service levels, and limited access to modern print management features.

The selected proponent will be expected to provide a comprehensive managed print services model that covers device provisioning, proactive maintenance, equipment upgrades, and all necessary supplies (excluding paper). Required components also include just-in-time toner replacement, user training, periodic reporting, secure print release options, usage analytics, and sustainability initiatives such as energy-efficient hardware and recycling programs. The contract term will be for one year.
