DESCRIPTION


The government authority in Camden, New Jersey is seeking a vendor to provide managed print services across its district. The selected Managed Print Services (MPS) provider will be responsible for supplying, implementing, managing, and maintaining a comprehensive print environment for the district.

Each school within the district will require a minimum deployment of devices including one color multifunction copier with print/scan/copy capabilities, a print speed of at least 70 pages per minute, a duty cycle exceeding 150,000 per month, and a finisher. Additionally, a black and white multifunction copier with similar specifications—70 PPM print speed, 200,000+ monthly duty cycle, and finisher—will be necessary. For principal offices, a color desktop multifunction printer is required, with a print speed of at least 40 PPM and a duty cycle of over 100,000 per month.
