The selected contractor will be responsible for maintaining a fixed asset inventory of all networked and non-networked printers while bearing all maintenance costs to ensure equipment remains in good working order. High standards for service quality and responsiveness are expected for equipment repairs and maintenance across all court locations.
The contractor must provide monthly average page counts for all devices, enabling the assessment of usage patterns and aiding in future resource planning. Additional expectations include quarterly reporting and exploring strategies such as printer swapping or replacements to optimize printer usage and achieve cost savings. Remote monitoring software must be supplied to deliver real-time device status updates, malfunction notifications, automatic toner ordering, and monthly report distribution. The initial contract period is one year.
