A government authority in Fort Walton Beach, Florida is seeking a qualified vendor to provide managed IT support services. The scope includes assisting in the review and development of customized IT policies to guide technology usage across the agency. The selected contractor will collaborate with the agency to develop a long-term strategic technology plan tailored to organizational goals.
Additional responsibilities include management and administration of the agency’s Office 365 system for all users, ensuring efficient collaboration and system integrity. The contractor must provide managed detection and response with 24/7 cyber and cloud Security Operations Center (SOC) coverage, as well as email security, phishing, and malware protection. The vendor will also handle lifecycle management, including end-of-life notifications, replacements, and proper decommissioning and disposal of IT assets.
A comprehensive ticket escalation process is required, allowing for multiple points of contact depending on the issues encountered. The initial contract term will be for one year. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for March 26, 2026, and all questions related to the RFP must be submitted by April 16, 2026.
