DESCRIPTION


A government authority in Fort Walton Beach, Florida is seeking a qualified vendor to provide managed IT support services. The scope includes assisting in the review and development of customized IT policies to guide technology usage across the agency. The selected contractor will collaborate with the agency to develop a long-term strategic technology plan tailored to organizational goals.

Additional responsibilities include management and administration of the agency’s Office 365 system for all users, ensuring efficient collaboration and system integrity.
