A government authority in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania seeks a vendor to provide comprehensive managed IT services, cybersecurity, infrastructure development, and centralized Customer Relationship Management (CRM) support. The selected vendor will be responsible for daily IT operations, including a minimum of three days per week of on-site IT support and a 24/7 emergency IT support hotline. Additional duties include management of VoIP systems, Wi-Fi and network infrastructure, endpoint security, firewall oversight, cloud system administration, and support for hybrid workforce technologies.
The scope of work includes assessing current technology environments and designing a modern IT infrastructure to support organizational growth, secure data sharing, and hybrid work arrangements. The vendor will also assist in developing or supporting a centralized CRM system capable of integrating data from key organizational programs such as Wellness Center, Medical Case Management, Prevention and Education, Housing Services, Pharmacy Partnerships, and Food First Pantry.
Cybersecurity requirements entail continuous monitoring and protection, including endpoint detection and response, firewall and network monitoring, multi-factor authentication, security patch management, threat detection and response, and incident response planning. The contract period will be for one year.
