DESCRIPTION


A Canadian government authority in Alberta is seeking a provider for comprehensive managed IT services. The scope of work includes the supply, configuration, and ongoing maintenance of 35–40 laptops along with associated hardware. The selected vendor will deliver managed IT support to all staff, covering both on-site and remote employees, and must provide help desk services and troubleshooting support.

Additional responsibilities entail the implementation and management of cyber security solutions such as endpoint protection, firewalls, regular vulnerability assessments, and delivering cyber security training to staff.
